They are cut from a card stock with a thinner paper sandwiched between them... so the spikes of the fins are cut out twice for each fin. I just doubled the paper and cut them. Then the thinner copy paper was sandwiched between them. ? make sense sorta..lol thanks sorry for the long wait I haven't been on my blog lately.
