Some recent stuff

A quick dog portrait for a friend.
Good example why you dont let direct sunlight on your canvas...sun blind wow its dark!
This is one of the days where my friend and I drove 60 miles and ended up painting 4 miles from where we started.

These are great, James. Love the expression on the dog's face. Re: sun-blindness, wonder if there is a similar problem with too many watts in easel lighting.

Hey Candice,,,thanks. I would think its possible if you have to much light your eye is going to adjust. You would know if you come back later and your painting is to dark. I knew better but it was so cold I wanted to get it over with ,,lol. And wow is it dark!!! Was still fun tho.

Very good James. How true that we can go so far to look for subjects and they are really just out the door sometimes.

Hey Gary. That happens all to frequent with us. Most of the time I think were waiting for the red bull to wear off so we can paint...lolol
